Apr 10,2022Here's a story. Came to the gates with the tickets and got "access denided"! We were sure we got scamed! Wattsap to Kosta was answered immidietly and after 15 min we got new tickets and got in (Arsenal lost :-( Besides the first heart attack - Kosta's service was outstanding and on- line. Do attend the match early to make sure tickets go through.

Apr 08,2022I bought Tickets for the Euroleague Frankfurt vs Barcelona. I received them one day prior to the Match by Email and everything went well. Great seats with a perfect view in the Stadium. Oh and they answered instandly by WhatsApp!

Apr 06,2022I bought a football game ticket from Ticketkosta. I exchanged several emails with their customer support - they are responsive and answer quickly. The main problem was that I received my ticket in the morning of the day of the game. I don't know if it is common practice but I wasn't happy about that.

Mar 26,2022Bought 2 tickets for the Portugal v Turkey World Cup Qualifier back in January 2022 (Match was on March 24th 2022) for my son's 16th birthday present Used the website. Bought the tickets. Got the confirmation emails. Communicated through email and What's App Tickets were delivered to my Hotel the day before the match No issues at all You need to remember they are dealing with literally 1000's and 1000's of clients for sporting events all over Europe, so maybe a wee bit slow to reply but that's my only fault Had a great experience at the Estádio do Dragão in Porto Next up will be Germany; Italy and Spain for Bayern; Juve and El Clásico Enjoy ~ Leroy Wilson (Scotland)

Mar 23,2022"Tickets for the Finalissima 2022 are sold subject to strict terms and conditions which prohibit any unauthorised resale or transfer, and invalidate any tickets acquired or used in breach of the terms and conditions." They sold me tickets that are not on sale yet –and that cannot be officially resold outside of the UEFA website–. I haven't received any answer from the company. This is a scam. Avoid.

May 16,2022I ordered my 2 tickets for the EL Final 4 weeks in advance and got very reasonable prices for a broker website. I then bothered their service team with messages as I was getting nervous. They always responded in a friendly manner. They mentioned the tickets will be delivered to the UEFA app 3-1 day before. In addition I asked to be placed in Frankfurt fan corner which they promised to try and finally they really made it possible!!! Furthermore I received my tickets now two days before the match and can now travel relaxed. Very happy with the service and I will definitely order again! Thanks guys!!!!
