Sep 15,2021These guys are just GREAT. 1. They had tuckets one day before the game (Chelsea vs Zenit) while others didn't 2. Got the e-ticket via whatsapp (!) 3. They decided to upgrade the tickets for better seats, lovely. 4. Easy and fluent communication.

Aug 12,2021Ordered tickets, 8 available, ordered 2 Money was debited I emailed & messaged via messenger as no tickets arrived for 2 hours then three hours before start message stated there was a ‘glitch’ - money will be refunded and no tickets! Too late to purchase elsewhere!

Aug 12,2021At first i thought it was a scam and was very worried as i paid a lot of money for my tickets but it turned out all good and got sent my tickets via the app but got a message within 15mins from emailing them via whats app and we had brilliant seats also

Jul 13,2021I found Ticketkosta on line when i was looking for tickets to watch England v Italy. I checked on Trust pilot and with 4.5 green rating I was relatively assured. The tickets were relatively expensive - but I think that was just relative to the lateness of purchase and not entirely down to Ticketkosta. The process of receiving the tickets were orchestrated by the CEO of Ticketkosta and he/she guided me through a very nervy process - nervous because of the delay it took to receive tickets. It took over 2 days to get the electronic tickets during which time I was desparately hoping it was not a scam and I will have lost a large amount of money. I did not loose a dime, and the tickets arrived about 24h before the game so no harm done. The CEO of Ticketkosta remained in regular correspondence with me on WhatsApp reassuring me as best he could that I will get the tickets and that is what he / she did. I enjoyed the game all be it till the last penalty. Thanks Ticketkosta for allowing me to experience an England Final for over 55 years! I will use Ticketkosta again (I recommend that this is genuine) but may buy ticket earlier due to cost!
