Was directed to Tie.com through another website (primermagazine.com, must read for any guy from 18-30), overall had a fantastic experience. I was able to get 9 ties, a tie rack, and tie bar for under 40 bucks, after a slight misunderstanding with a promo code I had. Theyhave a great selection and customer service was prompt and friendly. Definitely my new go-to store for ties and accessories.

I emailed the below message to customer service and actually got a call back, which was nice. They explained the reason for the delay and offered to send a replacement or a credit for the damaged tie. In the end, great customer service (thanks, Lily!) but I still took off a star for having to go through all the hassle in the first place. -- First, the ties I ordered didn't get here until well after I had ordered them, and definitely well after the date estimate the website had given me even with a backordered item. When I followed up with customer service about it (January 10, almost a month after I placed the order) I was given no explanation as to the delay and no apology. I was happy when I received the notification the day after I heard from customer service that my ties were being shipped, but I can't help but wonder how long it would have taken if I hadn't reached out to customer service in the first place. Second, the quality of the ties I received was lacking. As you can see from this image, there are several hanging threads visible on one of the ties. I don't know if this is something I can just snip off without damaging the tie, but I don't think I should have had to even consider this at all. The other ties seem fine. I'm not going to go through the hassle of returning or exchanging the tie since the threads are thankfully not on a visible part of the tie, but I thought you should know that you have a very dissatisfied customer, and I think you can do better with regards to your customer service and quality.

They have a very wide selection of ties and it was so hard to pick just one!! My order came in a very timely manner. When I was looking at the tie there was a seam that looked like it was in a weird place.. but I'm not a guy and maybe it would all be hidden when it is tied up. But I can't wait to give this gift!

I was very impressed with the packaging and condition of both the ties and sox. I would recommend the company and products to my family and friends. Looking for to wearing the "Stars and Stripes" on all our National holidays.

Not a big reviewer, but I simply had to do one for Ties.com! I literally got 2 extra long ties and three cufflinks through one of their sales for $20... $20 TOTAL! So I'm figuring, for that amount, the quality must not be all that great. WELL... I so pleasantly surprised. All the items look great and wear really really nicely. My wife then got one and ordered herself sunglasses and a scarf. She loves both! We'll be frequent shoppers of Ties.com and so should you!

Bought several ties for my husband who was very pleased with the designs, and positive tags included on each tie. Packaging is great for gift giving. The camouflage design is the current favorite!

From Straight Ties to Bow Ties, Tie Bars and Tie Racks, they're great Quality and very very responsibly priced! I was skeptical about buying the electric tie rack, but after it came in I was glad I got it. It's great sturdy and not too fast or slow, the speed is great. I've only purchased pre-tied Bow Ties and they are awesome! My fiancé got me a Straight Tie and a bunch of their Tie Bars, and they're great and will last a long time. The only one to watch for would be the Arrow because it's thin. When new products surface I will be sure to Look and will definitely buy from them again!

I have been looking for reasonably-priced socks for my husband's boring sock collection. These are fabulous and just what is needed to wake up his wardrobe. I also purchased socks for both my sons-in-law for Christmas. Will definitely order again and again. I HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone!!!

I ordered a tie clip and it came broken. It is no wonder since it was very cheaply made. Save your money for something of netter quality.

I ordered a gift card to be electronically sent to my nephew on Christmas day. He dinner get it and I had to call and track it down.I was told, "Oh, we're a small company and there was no one here to send the email". Okay, I get it, but if you offer a delivery, please specify that things won't be sent on days you're closed. But wait, aren't there programs that can do this kind of thing? I can't review the product, since it was a gift.
