Dec 07,2016Ordered a pin and received an empty box. A bit disappointed. The service rep I received was very apologetic and quickly resolved by sending out another one. So it has been 3 weeks and still no pin. I rated them average for the customer service.

Nov 02,2016I have not received my products yet. When I track it, it says it has shipped but hasn't moved in over a week now. When I called customer care the response I got was, "Well we have up to 14 days to get it to you so you can't really go by the tracking." Seems like an odd way to ship things.
