Nov 15,2015Your website is neat and clean, great presentation (shell of the products). NOW You guys could definitely improve the quality of your ties, and the items look 20% less vibrant in real life, colorwise. I liked the pullock ties (70/100 points) but they could be less stiff, more malleable and get a more vibrant color. Is not to make a product "good enough" for the price, but to make a great product PERIOD. So up your game and you WILL get more satisfaction out of your clients. Instead of focusing so much on money (focusing on taking, not giving), make a better product (add more value to your clients). And money will come much more prosperous. I am one who will be appreaciating what i got from here but WONT buy more from here. That's how I fell. It's good not to be returned, but not enough to keep coming for more, so: onto the next one!

Nov 10,2015I was very pleased to find that ties.com carries so many different colors and shades of ties! I had been searching for weeks to find ties that match my wedding colors, Orange and purple. The ties were reasonably priced and the additional sales coupons were a plus! Shipment arrived quickly. One of the ties was slightly unravel but customer care was prompt and shipped out a replacement with proof. I am very pleased with my overall experience and plan on using this company for all future tie purchases!

Oct 04,2015This tie although it cost $45 was a seashell tie, and it was spectacular. My only drawback with this the company is that including this tie it has only 3 seashell patterns in 1 color only. Even though the tie is pricey @45 wish they had more selection. Speaking about the $45 per tie return customers should get a break of some kind to afford the tie or purchase more of them.

Sep 29,2015Great company...Great selection of ties (especially the new ones) a great sale (at 45% off). But Fed Ex shipping leaves a lot to be desired. Don't they realize that people work for a living and are not home during the day. They leave a paper door tag and then have to come back with the package the next day. Then...they are too lazy to open the screen door to leave it inside a porch or breezeway. Instead, they leave it on the front stairs where anyone could just walk away with it. THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY TO DELIVER YOUR EXCELLENT PRODUCT!

Sep 25,2015I just wanted to let you all know that I am so impressed with your customer service (and, of course, your ties). Because of a last minute change, I placed two very similar orders. My second order was followed up by a call making sure that the double-order was intentional…GREAT IDEA. While my order was intention, it totally makes sense that it could have been a mistaken order and I really appreciate you working to save me (and you) the time and money it takes to return an order. Additionally, the ties I ordered are to be given as gifts to three speakers at an event we are hosting on Monday. Unfortunately, the first order was held up at a FedEx location (no fault of yours) and with the weekend approaching I was getting nervous that the delivery wouldn’t be made in time for the Monday morning event. I called the customer service department and spoke to a very helpful and kind representative named Lily. She called FedEx to check on my order, and when I was still concern that the “probably Friday” delivery time that FedEx provided wouldn’t come through, she was able to arrange for the same order to be shipped priority so that I the ties would arrive on the “definitely Friday” delivery. I cannot say enough how impressed and grateful I am for this customer service. I am planning on buying all the men in my life ties from ties.com for Christmas and have no doubt I will again impressed with the service and the product I receive. Thank you so much for helping ensure the ties were delivered and our event is a success!
