Apr 08,2016I am very pleased with all the items I bought from ties.com, but I learned a very valuable lesson also. ALWAYS read the descriptions of items, haha. The tie I bought was awesome until I saw the material in person, I was displeased with myself but oh well, it looked good once I put it to use. Overall happy with my purchases. And will be a loyal customer from now on because there are great varieties of ties,amazing colors, awesome accessories, and very well pricing. I just hope the variety of patterns expands.

Apr 05,2016I recently purchased ties, pocket squares etc. for all the groomsman in my upcoming wedding. I also purchased myself a pair of socks to go with. I received an email 2 days later that ties.com was giving a free pair of socks for each order of $50. I called just to see if they would throw in a pair since my order was well over the $50 required. In talking to the Angela Martinez in customer service she asked about my order, how many groomsman etc and asked if they bought socks yet which they had not. So she then said as their (Ties.com) gift to me, they were giving all the guys in the weeding free socks. I was speechless by this gesture and level of customer service that you generally do not see anymore. Ties.com has quickly become my go-to place and most recommended to friends/family looking for these products.

Mar 23,2016I ordered the blue/black geometry tie at the last moment for my husband as he was being presented with an award at the Pentagon Hall of Heroes in Washington, D.C. The tie looked great with his charcoal suit and added some fun to the event. It was worth paying a little more for the quick delivery.

Mar 22,2016Ordered a cummerbund set just to get the color right for my wedding, but didn't need the cummerbund. Talked to Lilly in Customer Service, and she gave me a 25% off coupon code to allow me to get the ties and pocket squares needed for my groomsmen without the cummerbunds. Even better, was that they shipped and arrived so quickly and are legit. Material and color is on point and I would recommend this site to many people.

Feb 20,2016I recently placed an order with Ties.com and got the order very quickly. I called shortly after placing my order realizing that I missed out on selecting a free tie. Customer service said it already shipped and they couldn't do anything about it. Tracking showed that it wasn't picked up yet, so they probably could have if they went the extra mile to look. Oh well, that was my fault for rushing...but the fact that the customer service rep quickly answered and was finishing the call before i could ask her to check is the reason i gave them a 4 instead of a 5. The customer service could have done something to help me out. I don't know if i'll order again, not because of that, but because the selection of patterns wasn't what I was hoping - they were very similar to each other. Overall experience was good and I would recommend them to friends.

Feb 12,2016I ordered 3 different ties. Blueprint ties. One wasn't even in english. The other you couldn't make out what the words were because it was so bolded that the letters bled together and the third... Almost every word was misspelled. Storage was spelled Btorage, the word Copy was spelled Cofy, Distribution was spelled Distrjbution, Mechanical was spelled Mechancal. The presentation was terrific, quality fabric but the print was a disappointment on ALL THREE. Quick shipping and good service. Just the execution of the print was poor. Update: Customer service contacted me, issued a full refund of both orders, there was a description in fine print where I failed to see the noted misspellings, my fault, however they did issue a full refund anyhow. Will order from again in the future. Very Impressed with how they stand behind their product! Thanks Angela!

Feb 11,2016The tie rack replaced an earlier model of the same manufacture. Was received timely, installed easily, has more capacity (I can now buy 10 more ties), and works perfectly. The only shortcoming is it doesn't give stock market tips.
