Sep 17,2015I have ordered from Ties.com multiple times in the past, and I was always extremely satisfied with the ordering process, the tie (of course), and even the great packing it comes in. But last week the company really stood out....and because of their great efforts and service, I will only buy my ties from Ties.com. I bought the tie as a 'congratulations' gift for my brother....he had a very important interview and I figured it would be a nice gesture. The checkout did not have a "gift" option (or at least I didn't see it, but I want looking. I was focused on the pros it alone), therefore I ordered the tie regularly. After the order was placed, I quickly realized i wanted to personalize the gift more, so I emailed customer service asking them a HUGE favor and that was to insert a personal message in the packaging. They replied within 12 hours and not only did they agree to put my "good luck" comment in the packaging, but it was hand written as well. INCREDIBLE service! To think someone actually lifted a pen and went out of their way for one customer is a strong indication of their dedication and appreciation towards their customers! Thank you Ties.com!

The staff was swift and polite in their request for billing/address information from me (which was only unclear through my own doing) and the order was quickly and efficiently processed after the clarification. As for the ties, they are fantastic and I am extremely thrilled and appreciative of the quality of the goods provided here. I am a first time shopper and I'll certainly be returning!

Sep 05,2015I ordered my bow ties for my wedding and they arrived 3 day later. This was faster than I was expecting since I didn't opt for the 2 day shipping. Selection was huge and I found what I didn't know I was looking for, but it's perfect.

Sep 03,2015I bought some neck ties from them a few years ago and was pretty pleased. Recently, I decided to give bow ties a look and they were having a buy one, get one free promotion so I picked up a couple of nice bow ties at a great price. While I would love to buy US made bow ties from some of the small boutique shops on the East coast, I just can't justify spending $50 on something that may be worn just a few times per year. So buying foreign made merchandise at reasonable prices with free shipping from an American company is a close second. I will buy from them again.

I put my first order in on a Friday and I received it on Tuesday of the following week, so I put in another order. Sep 24,2015They are so helpful, I originally picked out a tie for my wedding and the groomsmen did not get them in time and they sold out and they let me return all the ties and credited them to get new ties. They came quickly and will be awesome ties on the groomsmen! Would buy ties again from them.
