Mar 10,2015I received an email today to review the product and my experience. I still have not received my whole product. I ordered three items on 2/26/15. I received one of the items on 3/2/15, but the other two were shipped separately. I'm not sure what that's all about. I am tracking my package and it shows it is in my hometown. Hopefully, I will get it tomorrow. I'm glad I didn't need this right away. The shipping speed has been atrocious.

Mar 07,2015My fiancee works at a bank and always needs to look his best. I wanted to surprise him with a whole new suit, the whole chebang. I wanted of course the best for him, I looked everywhere for the perfect things and just could not. So I checked some websites and came across this one. I liked their selection and than found the right one. It came perfect timing and he loved everything .

Feb 20,2015I was very pleased with the tie i ordered. It was the charcoal grey skinny tie. It looked even better in person than it did on the website and the quality was well worth the money I spent for it. Excellent value. I've worn it multiple times since I've gotten it, and gotten a few compliments regarding the tie. Will definitely order again. It was delivered to my house in about 3-4 days ( alot faster than i had expected). I would recommend this company to anyone who is on a budget but doesn't want to sacrifice overall quality and style.

No surprises or disappointments. The prices are exceptional compared to other extra-long ties found online.

Jan 09,2015I bought 4 ties and a pocket square during the year end clearance sale, which also had the free shipping on purchases of 45 or more. During checkout I was being charged for shipping, so I put in a payment note asking them to honor their advertising. I also sent a short email to customer service giving them a heads up about the shipping. The shipping cost was $4, and not a dealbreaker, but if a company is going to advertise something, I expect them to honor it. The shipping/billing people filled my order within 24 hours and only charged me for my ties and honored the free shipping request. The next day I got an email from Customer Service, telling me that company policy is one discount per order. If I wanted free shipping I would need to pay full price. Also, she could not find anywhere on the site that had free shipping and I would need to send them a screen shot of the free shipping. That email caused me to call the company to complain. The manager apologized, explaining that they are only a smallbusiness and the customerservice lady forgot to check the status of my order before emailing me. She agreed that the email could be seen as bait and switch and would make improvements. The ties are great, I am conside ring giving them another chance and ordering again.

Jan 08,2015The website was easy to use. The quality and price of the ties are very good as well. I bought my items on January 1st. There was an add on their website that said free shipping on orders over $50. I spent like $59 and was still charged for the shipping.

Jan 01,2015Love the tie. Very cool... It was a good price for a quality item, however, the shipping on it was very slow. As I tracked the item I noticed it shipped FedEx to Independence, KY (an hour away from where I live) then it got sent by USPS to Indianapolis, IN (an additonal 3 hours out of the way.) If I wasn't expecting the tie for a birthday gift I wouldn't have cared. I wasn't really sure why it went from FedEx to USPS.

Also ordered one for my Grandson. He has his own band and the Rock on Santa tie was perfect for him. I have been buying ties from your company for years and I am always satisfied. So many neat and different ones to choose from.
