I've ordered from Ties twice, and have gotten my orders in a very short time. I did have a question when I was preparing my first order, and got a response in less than 24 hours. All the items are beautiful, and I'm sure they will be a hit with my brother-in-law(wild socks) and my great nephew(socks and bow tie, and long music tie) for Christmas. I most recently ordered 3 more bow ties for my great nephew for his 11th birthday in February. I made the mistake of ordering him 2 pre-tied with suspenders, and he informed me he knows how to tie his own! Will no doubt be ordering more.
I decided to purchase a healthy collection of bow ties for a family gathering as tutorial activity (fun guycrafting activity). When I received the package, I opened the highly anticipated parcel to see wonderful looking bow ties of quite the assortment. When I looked closely at one of the ties in the bunch, I notices a small brown stain on the inside of the tie. I tried scratching the stain to remove the mark but to no avail. One of the things included in the package was a small but bright card with a customer service number asking me to call if there had been any mistakes. I called and was connected with Lilly in all but 30 seconds. What? - a live service rep? WOW! Lilly asked how she could help me. I shared my story. She asked if it was possible to take a photo and send it to her. I did. She passed the issue along to the distributor as well as the warehouse to make sure they are checking the product more thoroughly before it leaves the building, AND she issued me a replacement (priority mailed) free of charge. I am exhausted from all the positive endorphins that are now coursing through my system from this all but 10 minute long process. We got boys holiday ties for our 6, 8, and 10 year old. While at first I thought they looked way long my husband did a thick knot that made them the perfect length. They look adorable. I am very pleased with the quality and the service. I had a free shipping code that wasn't working online but I bought them anyway and sent an email to the company, and they responded the next business day and took off the shipping charge. They ties arrived quickly as well. Very happy customer!

I could not find a bowtie for my husband for our daughter's wedding that matched my dress. I found it online, finally, at Ties. com, but we only had a week before the wedding. I ordered it on a Saturday morning (with a pocket square and some handkerchiefs) and sent a note with it saying that if it could not be sent by Monday, I would cancel the order. Much to my surprise, I received an email confirmation that it had been shipped within two hours!!! From California (meaning it was only 7:40 am) a confirmation was sent. It was received in Miami, Fl on Wednesday. Perfect. Great service. Perfect items. Quality.
I was very satisfied with my purchase on ties.com. I was guaranteed that I would receive my package on the day that it did and even though the address on the package was slightly wrong, I still received it. The tie was in perfect condition and my hubby loved it. I will be purchasing with ties.com again in the near future. Thank you so much!

The experience I had with Ties.com was the worst. There is no issue when buying something in the website, that works perfectly. Everything falls apart when you get a Tie that is nothing like the color you saw in the web. I ordered two "mallard blue tie" + two "mallard blue pocket squares"; and what I got was two "almost black, blue tie" and two "almost black-blue pocket square". Nobody in Ties.com took responsibility, so I had to send the the products back, paying the shipping myself. Everything is up to trust, because the notifications system doesn't work. I haven't even got my money back yet and they got the package I sent yesterday. In conclusion, I paid more than 60USD for four products I did not get, plus 7USD to ship the products back and until now, I had no answer about anything and no money back in my credit card.
I wasn't too impressed with the company. I wanted Halloween ties for my husband, father in law and our boys. Well I ordered one of the ties smaller to fit my 11 year old, but that is not what I received. Also, I called the company to see if they could have a little boys tie made, I even offered extra $; but they wouldn't do it unless it was in bulk. 😒 my husband and son wore the ties to church and everyone loved them. Only if they could include my toddler.
This is the first time I have used Ties.com and will definitely order from them again! Very happy with the color, price, and quality of the ties I ordered for my husband.

Getting married through my Cathoilc Church after being married civilly for 28 years. This company saved me from driving around town looking for 2 adult and 1 child perfectly colored and designed TIe! I needed 3 matching ties for my best man 28 yr old , ring bearer 11 yr old (both my son's) and myself. My wife's brother wanted one too so he ordered one too.Thank you for making shopping so easy!

This time around I got three bow ties, some collar stays, and a tie bar. Everything was as I expected.
Very dissapointed as the color of the tie was not the color as shown on the website. I ordered a baby blue tie but what's received was a grey blue not at all baby blue. No time to return and re-order as it was for a sweet 16 birthday bash. Now I have to go shopping for another one locally. Not happy about that.

The service was great. My last ordered i completed the order and then noticed that I preferred one tie that I did not order over another that I did, so I e-mailed and they switched the ties before my order was shipped with no questions asked. The website is really visually appealing and works perfectly. Pictures are exactly what will be shipped to your house. ALL GOOD with this company, I will continue to order my ties through Ties.com.
