Apr 03,2014I needed to replace some ties that were getting old and worn out. I went to ties.com and ordered 6 new ties in various colors. They were reasonably priced and were shipped promptly. When I received them I was very please with them. I then went on to submit a second order!

Mar 25,2014My son is a history/ archaeology major, minoring in classical studies. At the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, i spotted someone wearing the Ancient Greek Gladiator tie. I had to have it for my son! The man wearing the awesome tie was kind enough to show me the label on the back and I wrote down all of your pertinent info. At home it took me a few short minutes to track down the tie on your website and since it was St. Patrick's day weekend, I actually got to use a coupon code!!! Shipping was fast, and my son is so happy. An all around great experience. Thank you!

When I inquired if they could help figure out where the shipment was ties.com sent a replacement order with improved shipping. They made the whole process painless. Dec 27,2013I ordered Christmas ties cuff links etc for the holidays about 10 days before Christmas. I have checked the status and all the tracking info says is that my stuff is ' in transit' , departing California. I have emailed the company as well as Amazon to inquire about the status. Ties.com hasn't replied (it's been 4 days since my email inquiry). Amazon, the facilitator, has told me only what I already know, that my stuff is 'in transit'. So I would give less than one star but that wasn't an option. The Ties.com customer service has not even responded so i highly recommend not using this website.

Dec 15,2013I'm sure ties.com stuff is totally boss. From the other reviews on here it would seem to be the case. However when I receive an email asking me to review a product they say I'm already enjoying, which on actuality I am still waiting to receive (quite nervously waiting, as some of the items are Xmas presents) it kind of leaves a sour taste in your mouth. One star solely for your reputation. I will give a real review if and when I rice be my items.
