Jan 25,2023Happy with purchase process however paid for tiles and still waiting for delivery - Noted challenges of company using a separate freight team in process but paid significant delivery charge - first delivery date tiles not delivered by freight company and then delay in advising me of subsequent ETA/delivery date. (Good engagement by management to assist in delivery process once advised)
