Nov 17,2022We went into the store found the tile we were after, scanned the barcode on the tile which takes you online and gives you a price, which was the best price we could find. We ordered the tile then and there, and our order was ready to take home 10mins later.

Nov 17,2022I purchased 55sqm of the wood sandal 200x1200 Matt off white tiles from Tilemall. I attended the show room and Klaus Dai was provided excellent service. He offered a great discount. The tiles were excellent quality ( straight and not curved). Overall great experience. If you get a chance to visit their showroom, it is immaculate.

Their beautiful wall mounted vanity was perfect for me, and the service and price were perfect too! Delivered right to my door in a timely fashion as well. Very happy!

Nov 09,2022The wrong bench top was sent, Fed Ex came to collect the wrong bench top I didnt have a package slip to send it back with. I then found the right top had been sent but got damaged along the way so it wouldn't be getting delivered by the sender was unaware. To the credit of the Tile Mall after finding out there was and issue with all of these stuff arounds someone took charge and after three weeks the correct top was finally delivered and package slip for returned item was emailed through.

Oct 16,2022I was mostly happy with the samples I received except for one. It was a terrazzo tile and the sample was mostly white with only a small amount of colour on the edge. It makes it a bit difficult to make a choice based on this sample.

Oct 13,2022The tiles arrived in a short amount of time and were packaged great. Unfortunately the tile colouring is completely different to the online photos, I ordered the ming green tile and it's basically only white. So will not be buying sadly

Oct 12,2022Fast despatch of package. This is the second time I've purchased samples from Tile Mall. Sample qualties the first time were top notch and large enough to get an idea if the colours would work in the room. Along with that, they give a reedemable code for $15 off your next full order over $100 to make up for the cost of sending you the samples. Unfortunately, Australia Post decided to leave my most recent order out for the porch pirates, so I'm unable to comment on the sample cut of the large 1200mm tiles I was interested in.
