This person's character is hard-working and dedicated to his store and customers. The tile were delivered in perfect condition. My husband found the delivery person extremely helpful with unloading and friendly in his manner. We will return to this store for future purchases. My daughter saw the very unique very unusual Bondi oak vanity with the kitkat caroma sink and shaving chest, I grabbed the towel & toilet roll rack and these items truly glorified my otherwise uneventful bathroom! Thank you Paul for keeping a vigilant watch on my products while in the making, most times you called me after your work hours to keep me UTD and I truly appreciated it. Tom also delivered the goods to my place after dark as I was in earnest for them. It's not just the goods that count but a flawless customer service experience is key!

Jul 25,2022When we purchased tiles from a national retailer we were told we could only buy the grout we wanted in a much larger quantity than we needed. A search online led me to Tilemall and I had the the quantity I needed in the colour I wanted delivered to my door quickly and easily!

I was thrilled that I could order 5 trial samples for $15 online and see how they will look in the bathroom before purchasing.
