Ive ordered a box of tiles as the sample was too small, but still waiting for them. So far, my experience has been pretty frustrating, but I am excited about receiving the tiles..

I was impressed by the seamless and professional response I received. The packaging team were ckearly people who take pride in their work.

Oct 30,2024The salesman at the showroom was very helpful and helped us order the tiles on my phone. This would have been hard without his help. I think if the showroom staff had the ability to order the goods,it would be a good service for customers. Having to go to a separate showroom then drive to the warehouse was a bit of a punish. Staff at the warehouse were speedy but not very communicative.

Oct 23,2024Hello, Thankyou for the chance to provide feedback on my experience. However, I have not yet recieved my tiles so its a little early for you to be sending this. This is very simular to my experience with other companies. Those businesses (like yours) seems to think their job is finished when you put the order in a truck. I think most people would agree with me that your job is not complete until I recieve my order. This attitude is anoying when other people do it and now I have experienced it with you as well. To sumerise - Your job is not complete until I have recieved the thing I have paid for. Its not someone elses problem. Dont ask me to call the delivery guy. It's your responsibility.

Oct 23,2024Absolutely amazing at every point. Phone gets picked up straight away, stock levels accurate and when there was a colour matching issue with a box of tiles they had another box on way to me with Uber package within the hour. Highly recommended.
