Apr 01,2024I don't often write reviews but decided to write this for the service offered by Neal in Tiles DIY, Ilford branch. We have bought floor and wall tiles from Tiles DIY Ilford branch, for our house renovation. I must say these guys have good collections of tiles at good price, we have visited many tiles shops in the Ilford area but found them very good. We have dealt with Neal from Tiles DIY, Ilford, for our purchase. Neal is such a lovely person, helpful and pleasant to deal with. We bought about 50 sq meters of tiles ( wall and floor) Neal helped us to get good price with discounts. I strongly recommend this place for any tiles purchase.

Mar 24,2024Really happy with the whole experience. Extremely professional in providing advice and guidence. Staff both Neil and Soner went the extra mile in helping me get the correct items and taking them to my car. I visited the shop on 4 occasions and each time greeted with a smile! Overall really happy with the experience and even more happy with the quality and look of the tiles.

Mar 08,2024Son had an urgent request to complete his set up for a photo shoot in a studio. The Bounds Green store were very helpful and tracked down the tile stock he needed in their Colchester warehouse/showroom. Colin at Colchester was amazing, went above and beyond, running to the warehouse before it closed (a minute to spare) to get the additional stock we required, and then staying late because we got held up in traffic. Frankly, unbeatable service, and all provided with humour and enthusiasm. We are very grateful, and appreciative.

Feb 03,2024We found this gem of a place just before Texaco petrol station in Chingford, A406. Staff there very helpful (Mert and Selim). They both had very good advice and product knowledge and helped us pick out our tiles for our dream bathroom. Would definitely recommend!

Feb 02,2024I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tiles DIY and must say I was thoroughly impressed. As soon as I walked through the doors I was greeted by mr cihan who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very welcomed, and very informed. Mr cihan assisted me with all my questions and concerns about the products as I was buying for a new business. Vast selection of tiles, classic to traditional. The showrooms were also very organised which helped me to see how the designs will look. Overall very very happy! Soon to open up my business! Thanking mr Cihan for all the help!

Jan 04,2024I shopped in TilesDiy Chingford from the beginning of 2023. I had a whole renovation my house and to say the least, all 4 of the young gents in there, know what they’re doing and are very helpful. Very knowledgable, left no stone unturned and made sure I had everything I need. To top it off, they have the best prices for whatever you need. Definitely recommend!!
