Nov 21,2023Wow!.. What a store at Colchester super tiles, super staff and super coffee... It's unbelievable the number of displays on show there ... The store is very welcoming with a lovely atmosphere and brilliant staff nothing was too much trouble and we were put in the right direction for our bathroom tiles and was advised to use grey grout and grey mastic, I have only used white and was a sceptical about it, but boy does it work perfectly .... Tiles arrived on time and we collected although delivery was optional.... After visiting other Tile shops around I found this the most welcoming with very professional staff lower prices and great coffee.... As Arnold says 'I'LL BE BACK'... Well done Colchester and thank you..

Nov 21,2023All staff are very helpful. Variety of tiles are amazing. Colin from Colchester branch was very helpful and patient with me while I was choosing my tiles. Finally when I choose what I needed warehouse provided it asap and loaded into my vehicle. Excellent service

Nov 17,2023DO NOT USE TILE DIY - Awful product and useless customer service. 1st sample arrived broken due to poor packaging 2nd Full size sample had deflection of 2mm across a 30 cm tile Requested a new sample as the 2nd one was banana shaped. A ticket was raised, I heard nothing for two weeks and now I've had an email that says they delivered something, with nothing here. If you want cheap tiles for top prices use DIY Tiles.

Nov 12,2023Visited the Croydon store and was served by Lewis. He truly knows how to deal with customers and provided great advice regarding the products needed to go with my tiles. Lewis was extremely patient with me, allowing me to take my time choosing and applied no pressure at all. I purchased tiles for both bathrooms and once they were ready for collection Lewis loaded them all into my car. Simply fantastic customer service and always with a smile.

The showroom layout was very nice.Most importantly the guy that welcomed me and my son into the store Neal.He was very knowledgeable and his customer service skills were fantastic.His manner and approach was great and he went above and beyond to help me get the desired products I needed at the best price.Purely because of the service of Neal I have been back again and bought more products for my house.Just wanted to say a massive thankyou to Neal and all the staff there.Keep up the great work guys and much appreciated.10/10.

Nov 09,2023Best ever! I found I needed marble tiles in two days. This was the only company I could find in the country that could deliver them to me in the time frame. Even those that said they could online, phoned to say they couldn't after all. My local Tunbridge Wells store also had some beautiful marble tiles on display to choose from, while many other stores have stopped stocking real stone. The lady in Tunbridge Wells store was really helpful and gave good advice. The tracking was excellent. I could see all the stages of their journey. The delivery was excellent with all tiles in perfect condition and absolutely stunning.

There was a good atmosphere in the store and John was attentive and gave me practical solutions to a problem I had with my current project. I will definitely use and recommend this branch. the complimentary coffee was much appreciated too.

The team there were extremely welcoming and super helpful, they spent time assisting us and made great suggestions. The customer service was brilliant and they provided samples. Would highly recommend Barry and his team.

Nov 01,2023We had a great experience at colchester store very professional and great ideas to help us with out new bathrooms being fitted, Found the staff very friendly, we even had the children with us which would normally be difficult, but because they have an area for children with colouring books etc kept them busy, thank you to all the team

Sep 21,2023Very good quality products that arrived on time with very friendly delivery. I would recommend ordering a sample tile before making a big order as the tiles I purchased did look different to the pictures online. I can understand how this happens, but I was surprised by the difference in colour and had to return. The returns process requires customers to book and pay for their own collection and return which is straightward when using the curriors Tiles DIY recommend. As with every company it is useful to read the T's and C's before making a big purchase. I did not find the returns service easy to navigate, but I did receive very helpful and responsive customer service from Tiles DIY and they have been committed to ensuring I received a positive experience shopping with them, even though I ended up returning the products I ordered.

Had no idea how many tiles were needed but the manager Kallum happily calculated it all for me and even took the time to inform me of the materials and qualities of each tile design I was interested in! So happy with my experience at Tiles diy croydon will definitely be using them again 😁
