Feb 02,2019Staff were great from start to finish with their expert advice and helpful manner,nothing was to much trouble thoroughly recommend and definitely use them again without hesitation.Oh and great sweets on the counter!!!!. Tiles look fantastic and reasonably priced too.

The wrong tiles were delivered after I had ripped out my whole kitchen and nobody called to let me know until I asked for the tiles to be delivered and had to cancel my tiler. If they had let me know straight away they had the wrong tiles in the warehouse I would’ve delayed ripping out the kitchen! Then I had to wait a further three weeks for the correct tiles and although they promised to call and let me know the new delivery times I had to repeatedly call them to find out delivery dates so I could rebook a tiler.

Dec 05,2018Couldn’t fullfil the order. Damaged goods sent. Hold ups. Say things are in stock when they are not. Had to go elsewhere for the things they could not deliver and found out I spent a lot more than I should have. Overpriced and then made me think I was getting a good discount which was not true compared to the price elsewhere. Try Chris Stevens Muswell Hill for a much better deal and customer service. Wish I had gone there first.

Nov 30,2018Nice staff and service top tiles offered me ceramic tile and tiles diy offer porcelain tiles for floor. i asked my builder he said only porcelain tile good for floor this is what i,ve been told in tiles diy Chingford and prices are amazing £8.99m2 inc vat for metro is best price i found in London

The displays are excellent as they show wall and floor tile combinations if you are looking for a little inspiration for your home. They offer all the latest materials such as granite, limestone, porcelain and other natural stones. All tile products of a high-quality, with expert staff and amazing customer service. I have purchased patio, kitchen and bathroom tiles from Tiles DIY and I would never shop anywhere else for tiles again! I was impressed from the moment I entered the showroom and would highly recommend Tiles DIY.

Sep 29,2018Really helpful and Jamie went out of his way as we caught him late in the day , he stayed open an extra 15 minutes to let us look around . We came but the next day and bought some really nice tiles from him . I would highly recommend for service and quality .
