Sep 24,2018I paid for 9 boxes of tiles. 4 boxes were delivered to my builder in torn boxes. The courier insists that he delivered 9. The tilers could not do my bathroom because of this. I have to wait for an investigation?? In the meantime I’m not getting my money back and I need new tiles This is unacceptable!!!

Then every subsequent visit, the other employees were patient but attentive. The tiles chosen, work perfectly in our space and the guys helped me to create my ‘vision’ by listening and suggesting.
