The Timeless Chesterfields brand is owned and operated by Saxon Furniture Ltd, a family run, British company who have been expertly hand-crafting Chesterfield leather and fabric furniture for 40 years.
The success of the company can be attributed to the dedication and ethos of producing the finest Chesterfields in the country without exception. Unlike these companies, we hand-craft all our own designs in our workshop in Lancashire by our very own time-served upholsterers, seamstresses and cutters, many of whom have grown up with the business.
As a company, we believe in being completely open about how our products are crafted and what materials we use. So much so that we invite you to come along personally to watch the expert skills and eye for detail of our master craftsmen first hand via our unique viewing gallery in our showroom. It's an honesty that has served us well for 40 years and is evident not only in the workshop but across the company from, the showroom staff to customer services to the delivery team to our support staff. Feb 28,2017As much as possible I like to purchase products manufactured in the UK. Following website research and reading reviews I decided to approach Timeless Chesterfields. The staff I spoke to were friendly with great product knowledge and advice. Taking the plunge I ordered a 1.5 seat and 4 seat sofa. I was kept up to date with schedule and assisted in the choice of sofa feet. Delivery was as planned. The guys were friendly and carried and placed the sofas where asked. After unwrapping I found the sofas to be exactly what I was looking for. To summarise, it was great to support a British family run company and receive a top quality product.

Feb 25,2017I contacted Saxon from France as I was looking for a Chesterfield built with quality wood and not the cheaper free versions found elsewhere for more or less the same money. From my initial enquiry to my delivery their service has been faultless. Ordered an in stock sofa bed and a 1.5 chair to match. They even gave me a free foot stool. Their attention to detail in making my understanding of measurements and materials available was second to none. They even let me decide if I wanted to pay in sterling or euros. Goods were delivered today, they even chased up the delivery for me. I would highly recommend Saxon as a very trustworthy ad excellent company to deal with even if you don't live in the UK like me but want superior quality. I now have a Chesterfield sofa bed and 1.5 chair that will last me a lifetime and my wife and I are very very happy. Thank you Saxon.

The customer service is also first class with everything dealt with in a very efficient manner. Dec 20,2016My wife and I were dreaming of a White Christmas in the form of three gorgeous white Belgravia Sofas and we got them just in time to put them next to the tree ;-). In all seriousness we couldn't be more happy with our Sofas. The quality construction was more than worth the wait. The sofas are meticulously crafted with symmetry between all the buttons and chrome studs. The Hemmingway Smokey White leather is the most luxurious I have ever felt on a piece of furniture and perfectly matched the sample that was previously sent. The team at Saxon took great care of us providing guidance throughout the process. Thank you Janette and Pauline! If you are asking yourself why order a furniture from overseas...Just do it, there is nothing like this in the States!!!
