The Timeless Chesterfields brand is owned and operated by Saxon Furniture Ltd, a family run, British company who have been expertly hand-crafting Chesterfield leather and fabric furniture for 40 years.
The success of the company can be attributed to the dedication and ethos of producing the finest Chesterfields in the country without exception. Unlike these companies, we hand-craft all our own designs in our workshop in Lancashire by our very own time-served upholsterers, seamstresses and cutters, many of whom have grown up with the business.
As a company, we believe in being completely open about how our products are crafted and what materials we use. So much so that we invite you to come along personally to watch the expert skills and eye for detail of our master craftsmen first hand via our unique viewing gallery in our showroom. It's an honesty that has served us well for 40 years and is evident not only in the workshop but across the company from, the showroom staff to customer services to the delivery team to our support staff. I was looking for a sofa-bed and discovered by Saxon Timeless both the proposals I was seeking : a highest quality furniture and interesting prices (includind shipping to France and even for somebody from the Eurozone). In France, Chesterfield sofas are very expensive and sofa-beds scarcely available in this prestigious furniture. I am delighted of this transaction. I was continuously in touch with Janette Turnbull and Pauline Rushton, who are both very kind persons of Saxon's staff. Secondly, the furniture (here a sofa-bed in olive green antique leather) is really awesome and perfectly adequate to my desires. For every French Customer who could want buying such a Chesterfield, I highly recommend Saxon Timeless Company. May 05,2016I placed my order for a 4 seater Chesterfield sofa,all the ordering process was very professionally taken care of,in terms of communication,levels of details provided,user-friendliness from sales support staff. Finally,my long awaited sofa arrived,but I encountered some difficulties bringing the sofa (which is a very large one)to the 9th floor.It didnt fit in the elevator.I had to use the services of proffesional industrial mountain hikers,and we managed to pull the sofa via the roof-top.All the effort was worth it,when finally unveiling the sofa i discovered it had surpassed my expectactions in terms of quality/design. Apr 13,2016We ordered 2 Regent sofas which we are extremely happy with. We chose the standard leather as we wanted something hard wearing & easy to clean. We are so pleased with our choice as the semi-matte finish & uniform colour is exactly what we were hoping for. We have had the sofas for a couple of months now & despite daily use they are not showing any sign of wear or seat 'sag'. The customer service team were incredibly knowledgable & helpful, we needed their advice as we changed our minds a number of times on the leather type & colour before making our final decision.
