The Timeless Chesterfields brand is owned and operated by Saxon Furniture Ltd, a family run, British company who have been expertly hand-crafting Chesterfield leather and fabric furniture for 40 years.
The success of the company can be attributed to the dedication and ethos of producing the finest Chesterfields in the country without exception. Unlike these companies, we hand-craft all our own designs in our workshop in Lancashire by our very own time-served upholsterers, seamstresses and cutters, many of whom have grown up with the business.
As a company, we believe in being completely open about how our products are crafted and what materials we use. So much so that we invite you to come along personally to watch the expert skills and eye for detail of our master craftsmen first hand via our unique viewing gallery in our showroom. It's an honesty that has served us well for 40 years and is evident not only in the workshop but across the company from, the showroom staff to customer services to the delivery team to our support staff. Not only did they had the most variety of Chesterfield's but they were quite competetivly priced as well. We wanted something quickly and after speaking with them we were promised a delivery within the dates we were looking for ... and they kept the promise. And for the sofa , it looks really nice and is very comfortable ... Just as we were expecting. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Jun 23,2015Imagine a hard days work: You're stressed out, get home in the evening and sink in your beautiful, luxurious Chesterfield Sofa. That's what I call Indulgence... I cannot praise Saxon enough: They delivered just what I had in mind. With the best quality and on time. They even went the extra mile to source the higher quality Aniline leather I was contemplating. All in all, just a great customer experience. Highly recommended!

Jun 19,2015Purchased a sofa and a couple of chairs for shipment to the middle of the US. Furniture was exceptionally well packaged - in fact it took a LOT of effort to uncrate it. It arrived about when they said it would. Most importantly, the furniture looks exactly like I expected, is very well made, and seems to be flawless. We love the three pieces. The only tricky part for me was transferring funds. As a first-time importer, I originally thought my bank could handle the transfer directly to their UK bank, but ultimately I had to use Western Union. Diane H, their export sales coordinator, was very patient with me as I worked through that. I would definitely recommend Timeless Chesterfields/Saxon, though I don't expect to be buying another sofa and matching chairs for a looong time.

Ya en aquél entonces me sentí gratamente sorprendido por el excelente servicio, así como terminación y calidad de materiales. Hoy, 20 años después, he vuelto a repetir la experiencia con exactamente el mismo conjunto, esta vez en Antique Green, y tan solo puedo expresar mi completa satisfacción por haber confiado en este maravilloso equipo al que recomiendo sin la más mínima duda. May 15,2015I ordered a full suite of Chesterfield furniture, one 3-seater and two armchairs in Antique Brown. I couldn't be more happy with the quality of the furniture - they really look amazing and feel very luxurious and expensive, especially since the same quality would cost me almost twice as much when bought through an importer in my country! Definitely recommends buying directly from the factory, since the customer service as been superb throughout the order process, from initial inquiry to final shipment! There were absolutely no problems at all ordering from outside of England, so don't hesitate if you live in another country - it's all worth the wait! Bottom line, if you want classic English-made high-quality and priceworthy furniture - you should definitely buy from Timeless Chesterfields!
