The Timeless Chesterfields brand is owned and operated by Saxon Furniture Ltd, a family run, British company who have been expertly hand-crafting Chesterfield leather and fabric furniture for 40 years.
The success of the company can be attributed to the dedication and ethos of producing the finest Chesterfields in the country without exception. Unlike these companies, we hand-craft all our own designs in our workshop in Lancashire by our very own time-served upholsterers, seamstresses and cutters, many of whom have grown up with the business.
As a company, we believe in being completely open about how our products are crafted and what materials we use. So much so that we invite you to come along personally to watch the expert skills and eye for detail of our master craftsmen first hand via our unique viewing gallery in our showroom. It's an honesty that has served us well for 40 years and is evident not only in the workshop but across the company from, the showroom staff to customer services to the delivery team to our support staff. We are adamant that you will not encounter a more professional but friendly and genuine sofa buying experience in the UK.

Throughout the placement of the order and shipping details we were professionally and efficiently helped by Saxon staff. What a delight when the sofa arrived at our door secure in its timber crate after its long journey. We are delighted with our dream sofa.

However, they were delivered on time.They are beautifully made, with top-notch materials. Not only good looking, they are very comfortable, as well, although they initially feel a bit unyielding. Would highly recommend the company & its products.

A phone call to their customer services was very helpful and they were able to answer my queries. I was unsure between two styles and they were able to advise the differences. Once the order was placed I was kept informed throughout and the sofas were delivered on time by an excellent delivery team. Quality outstanding! So pleased with my sofas.

The feedback for questions was always timely and clear. They never lost patience with my many questions and changes. With new couch, chair and ottoman I am so happy with the outcome. The delivery was easy, both timely and courteous. The experience could not have been better!

Dec 15,2021Are you kidding? It's fantastic, and I wish we had gotten it 3 years ago-we had a used one. It started falling apart-after 45 years of service-but my husband wouldn't part. This year, he sad down and it broke completely. I couldn't stop laughing! So, O.K., We HAD to get another. If it wears like the former one-and it looks like it will- it should last us the rest of our lives!

Nov 15,2021Got the first two sofas 4 years ago and only now they start to get a bit softer :) I was looking for an exceptional quality product that will last a long time and their chesterfields are more like a family assets, always looking good , getting even better with time. My latest, third sofa order was perfect as the first time. The entire process despite being shipped by sea was flawless, Pauline Rushton communications was impeccable. Aug 29,2021Love my Timeless Chesterfield sofa and chairs! I am pleased with the extensive choices of furniture styles, leather options and finishes. After receiving leather samples, I made my selection, placed the order and waited. After approximately twelve weeks, my pieces arrived! They complete the room very nicely. The downside is that there were some minor quality issues with the manufacturing process. We were able to make the repairs ourselves and are now enjoying the furniture.

Aug 14,2021We were nervous ordering a high value item sight unseen but the Timeless Chesterfields website was so detailed and filled with technical information and great reviews we took a chance. The staff in the UK are great, best service and so helpful. The pictures of the Chesterfields do not do justice to the actual sofa it is perfect and we love it. It was delivered pretty much on time and the white glove service people were professional and quick. Overall it was a fantastic experience. Thanks Timeless Chesterfields for making our day and proving that old fashioned service and craftsmenship is alive and well
