The Timeless Chesterfields brand is owned and operated by Saxon Furniture Ltd, a family run, British company who have been expertly hand-crafting Chesterfield leather and fabric furniture for 40 years.
The success of the company can be attributed to the dedication and ethos of producing the finest Chesterfields in the country without exception. Unlike these companies, we hand-craft all our own designs in our workshop in Lancashire by our very own time-served upholsterers, seamstresses and cutters, many of whom have grown up with the business.
As a company, we believe in being completely open about how our products are crafted and what materials we use. So much so that we invite you to come along personally to watch the expert skills and eye for detail of our master craftsmen first hand via our unique viewing gallery in our showroom. It's an honesty that has served us well for 40 years and is evident not only in the workshop but across the company from, the showroom staff to customer services to the delivery team to our support staff. We are adamant that you will not encounter a more professional but friendly and genuine sofa buying experience in the UK.

Jul 02,2021I was very disappointed with the leather on my sofa and chair as this was my third chesterfield (previous ones not from timeless) and I was told after complaining about the look after a short time that it needed to be cleaned and conditioned regular, I bought this as my others were very low maintenance and had my second one 19 years, can’t see me having this one for as long, feel like I should have had a degree in leather before purchasing it according to my email replies.

Jun 23,2021The quality of my sofas are exceptional and the detail and craftmanship is beyond compare. Customer service from Timeless Chesterfields has been second to none and the staff were hugely helpful in assisting me select the correct fabric (so many choices), all in all a seamless, straightforward experience with the furniture delivered on schedule, completely hassle-free. Since receiving my sofas I have gone on to order an additional armchair chair and stool :)

Lovely to be able to speak to an actual person on the phone for any communications or questions you may have. I love my sofas so much, well made, comfortable & look absolutely gorgeous in my newly decorated lounge!! I chose two 3 seaters in antique brown (which was exactly like the free samples they had sent me to choose from) & they are just perfect!! From ordering to delivery, service was outstanding. Thank you Timeless Chesterfields for my beautiful sofas, I’m sure they will serve me well for years to come!!

May 12,2021All great except that the cushions lift and would benefit from some velcro underneath to keep them in place. Otherwise very happy with the quality of the materials and workmanship. Lead times are a bit long but it was worth the wait.

The leather samples were a great help in making our choice of leather and the product is of the best quality. We would most certainly recomend Timeless Chesterfields and use them again.

May 06,2021Utter Perfection . We Have not seen a higher standard or such quality anywhere , and we were looking around for quite some a time before ordering two wing collection sofas . Timeless Chesterfields are "Masters of their craft". If one of our sofas would have been placed in any well-known department store , people would have been queuing just to try it .... And the customer service is excellent too - from ordering through production to delivery , we cannot prize them highly enough.

Mar 22,2021I was admittedly a little nervous about spending a few thousand pounds on Sofas that I had never seen or sat in, though all the reviews looked amazing so I took the plunge. Communication, delivery and service were all fantastic. The Sofas themselves are phenomenal. They look amazing and are super comfortable. Everything you could want from a Chesterfield. Definitely get yourself some swatches to make sure you know what you're getting. Highly Recommend this company.

Mar 21,2021Ordering We have ordered a bespoke piece if furniture. The sales team have been excellent to help me understand my requirements. We exted our settee to seat 5 people. Timeless throughout provided extra steps to ensure the design and measurements were correct. Communication Very clear and helpful. We didn't want our settee until we moved into our new house. Timeless Chesterfields kept us informed of the start date to make our settee and doubled checked the sample of leather before they started work. Delivery dates were clear. Settee and chair quality Absolutely exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship the quality is outstanding. The delivery men were professional friendly and efficient.

The delivery men couldn't have been better: they were friendly and efficient, carried the chair up the single flight of stairs to my flat, delivered it to the room it was for, unpacked it and took away all the packaging. The chair is an item of real quality: it looks great and is comfortable. Worth every penny and I am delighted with it.

Jul 09,2021My classic chair & matching footstool were delivered 7 weeks ago, after a 4 month wait, but they were worth waiting for. Finished in antique red (ox blood), the standard of workmanship is stunning & very comfortable. The stool was a very worthwhile addition for comfort when ‘chilling out’. I have no hesitation in recommending Timeless Chesterfields & one day hope to match additional furniture to my chair & stool.
