The Timeless Chesterfields brand is owned and operated by Saxon Furniture Ltd, a family run, British company who have been expertly hand-crafting Chesterfield leather and fabric furniture for 40 years.
The success of the company can be attributed to the dedication and ethos of producing the finest Chesterfields in the country without exception. Unlike these companies, we hand-craft all our own designs in our workshop in Lancashire by our very own time-served upholsterers, seamstresses and cutters, many of whom have grown up with the business.
As a company, we believe in being completely open about how our products are crafted and what materials we use. So much so that we invite you to come along personally to watch the expert skills and eye for detail of our master craftsmen first hand via our unique viewing gallery in our showroom. It's an honesty that has served us well for 40 years and is evident not only in the workshop but across the company from, the showroom staff to customer services to the delivery team to our support staff. We are adamant that you will not encounter a more professional but friendly and genuine sofa buying experience in the UK.

We were hesitant at first about the prospect of purchasing a higher value product online, especially about the delivery process and all that it entails (from UK to Canada). But the international shipping team at Timeless Chesterfield was so courteous and professional that the whole process, from choosing the product all the way to final delivery was surprisingly easy and efficient. The chairs themselves are really well crafted, beyond what we were hoping for. We would order again without hesitation!

Mar 19,2020My experience was wonderful from start to end. I live in Pennsylvania. It was very easy to get in touch with Timeless Chesterfield. They did a great job of keeping me informed every step of the way. We opted to have the concierge service which meant our sofa was assembled and put in place and all the boxing materials removed. Everyone who works at Timeless Chesterfield was wonderful! Most importantly sofa is beautiful and professionally made and exactly as it was described. We could not be happier!

Mar 11,2020Received my Chesterfield sofa and footstool couple of days ago. They both look great to the finest detail and I get many compliments from guests. The living room, where we placed the furniture, looks very cozy now that me and my family mostly spend our time in there and the sofa feels so comfortable both for sitting and sleeping. I wanted a Chesterfield sofa for a very long time and since I decided to get one, it was a tough job to find one that would meet my expectations - there was always something wrong, either the size, materials or designs that mostly looked like poor replica. Then I came across Timeless Chesterfields and I realized that I just have to order it from master craftsmen. The customer service is also very helpful and friendly. Until next time! Daina

The quality of the sofa is excellent and I was kept well informed from placing the order to delivery. As production was about to start I received a sample of the leather so that I could confirm that my chosen colour was as I expected. The delivery staff were very professional with the sofa well protected until it was placed in position and all packaging was removed by the team This was my first purchase from Timeless and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

May 15,2020Returned a Chinese leather sofa from Wayfair in Dec.2019, delivered missing its legs, acceptance refused, I opted to check on-line with Saxon Furniture. Their people worked with me to provide a similar sofa in style and color, but $1000 cheaper, with superb English craftsmanship. So glad Wayfair screwed-up giving me an opportunity to purchase from Saxon. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking superb quality at reasonable price.
