Oct 28,2024I was told when I purchased my spinnaker resort that they would be able to sell my other condos so I would only have one payment and one timeshare. It was all a scam all the timeshare resale companies are such a scam. Now I am having to make a monthly payment plus maintenance fees for the new condo and my other 3. Plus out all the additional money to have my condos listed to sell.

She also provided us with her personal company contact information should we have additional questions. Oct 24,2024The original listing sent for approval was incomplete. It did not list a Unit #, information about size of unit or amenities, and most importantly a price. I called customer service and updated the listing. Sylvia did a wonderful job and we completed the review process and I sent proof of ownership.
