I’m in the same boat as many others. Got stung but the scam artist that is Scout Gregory and tisprings.com. Massive waste of time, just wish I did a bit more research before ordering my spring. I’m just thankful I paid through PayPal and they are getting my money back. Heads up to anyone who has an order with him his website is closed down and emails bounce. Use PayPal to get your refund now you only have 180 from when you paid. Which is a long time but apparently not when you’re waiting for a spring from this clown.
Its first time when i was defrauded during ordering goods via internet. I did my order in May and have been receiving "promises" e-mails from the Scout Gregory to dispatch my order by last month. When he stopped to answer my e-mails i was trying to find another contacts on the site and founded that Ti-Spring closed the business, e-mail is no longer exist and i cant argue the payment via PayPal because the terms expired. Looks like i have to say "Bye" to my money.
Order on 3 april 2019, till today nothing from all my ordered parts. Send a lot off mails, no respons! Over the facebook messenger something i got a short answord that they gonna look for it. Ordered a full bolt kit, spacers, matchmaker kits and some more. Sorry for the words, but its a terrible company that just takes your money en go party with it!
I ordered a spring in July. Lots of emails back and forth. "Order will be dispatched shortly" and still no spring as of Nov 14th. The website is now down, and I have had 3 emails go unanswered in the last 6 weeks. Worried my money is gone and the company is down. Not sure what is happening.
I ordered a TI SPRING back in 7/28/19 and after almost 4 months pushing this guys the wrong spring was delivered a 32mm inside spring instead of my 38 mm (the one I need and I ordered) !! i sent back an Email leteing them know i have the wrong product< they asked me for a picture messuring the inside diameter, i sent it to them and i still dont have any answer from them!! that was 3 weeks ago also!! YOU DON'T LOOSE YOUR MONEY BRO!! go look for some other brand in the market
Horrible customer service as I have been told multiple times that my order will be "Dispatched next week". I ordered a Gold anodized downhill bolt kit on 5/28/2019. it is now 11/11/2019 and I have still not received my kit. I have asked for a refund multiple times and have gotten no response. Not pleased at all with this company. Avoid Ordering from them.
Company is a fraud. 0 stars if I could Ordered 2 bolt kits 4 months ago, Nothing,, Email them and told waiting on stock. Email again and nothing. Will be chasing up a refund asap and reporting company for fraud.
Ordered a spring from Ti-Springs.com on July 2nd and paid same day. Originally advised a 4 to 5 weeks lead time...which has obviously passed and the some. Despite numerous emails where I'm advised 'next week' or 'a couple of weeks' still no spring. Had agreed with Scout over Instagram on Sept 24th that I'd wait one more week and then expect a refund...guess what, blanked all my emails in the last 3 weeks and hasn't looked at my message on the 'gram.
I have ordered a custom spring and the enduro bolt set, totally to around £350 over the two orders. Communication was good up until you’ve paid for the orders and then it all goes quiet. They lie about delivery times and by looking at other people’s experience with Ti-Spring it’s clear that it’s common with this company. Now that I am asking for a refund I am not getting any response, if this carries on then I will have no option but to go down the legal route. Ordered a spring in the past and while it did show up, it was much later than the website stated. The second spring I ordered arrived 4 months after ordering and wasn't wound straight. I sent it back for a warranty replacement and received email confirmation my spring was received 4/29/19. I also had to pay for return shipping out of my own pocket. I understand if I changed my mind or just didn't want it anymore, but why should I have to pay to return a bad product! Any other company I have ever dealt with has always sent a return label with prepaid shipping when they make mistake. Why should I pay even more for your mistake? I mentioned this in email when I returned it and asked if he would reimburse me and got no response. Now I'm out even more money due to the shipping being pretty expensive as they are outside the US. It's now 5 months later and I haven't heard anything for a few months and it's closing in on a year since I initially ordered the spring and I have nothing. I've asked for an update or a refund and haven't heard anything. It's also too late for me to get a refund through my bank or credit card. I would not recommend ordering through this site. At this point I would rather have a refund. I'm assuming I'm going to be out a few hundred dollars at this point. Edit: I received a response on 9/27/19, saying he did not forget about me and is waiting for my spring to arrive in stock and also asked for a receipt for the return shipping cost so he could refund it. I obviously don't have the receipt for it 6 months later, so I gave him an estimate of what I paid. I don't even care about that anymore, I just want the money for my spring back. I responded asking for a refund and have yet to hear anything 3 weeks later. It's now almost 6 months since he received my defective spring.
Ordered a spring, anti seize, stem spacer and ti bolt kit at the end of October 2018. Received the spring and anti seize on February 27th 2019. It is now September 11 2019 and have still not received the ti bolt kit and stem spacers. Have received multiple emails stating that the merchandise would be shipped the following week. Was offered the "opportunity " to pay more money for a different color bolt kit that was supposedly in stock. Are you kidding me? They have now stopped responding to my emails asking where my merchandise or refund is. Too much time has passed to open a credit card dispute Edit- a couple days after posting this review I was contacted by ti springs and was given a refund for the missing parts
I made a purchase last Friday prior to the cut off point for the bank holiday weekend. My order should theoretically have been here prior to the Monday or on Tuesday. On Wednesday i received confirmation of my order but no dispatch. Almost a week after the initial date it should have arrived I have finally received a dispatch email. Hopefully it actually arrives tomorrow. Not that it matters as I'm heading out on my trip early morning.

KANN HIER NUR WARNEN! Feder (Beta C) für Fox DHX2 am 11.4.19 bestellt (254€). Ende Mai sollte ausgeliefert werden. Auf Anfrage (19.6.) von mir, wurde mir dann die erste Woche im Juli als neuer Termin mitgeteilt. Fühlte mich dann schon verars..t, als dann nix ankam (0 Kommunikation), und habe Käuferschutz über PayPal gestellt. Die Fristen von 20 Tagen (Konfliktlösung) + 10 Tage Frist, wo der Händler sich erklären kann, wurden ergebnislos verstrichen. Vielen Dank hier an PayPal, die den Betrag reibungslos zurücküberwiesen haben - ohne, wäre ich vermutlich auf den Kosten sitzen geblieben.
Worst experience ever. They keep you in the dark about the status of your order. You have to keep actively pushing them to find out anything. I have requested a refund 4 times now and they are still not replying. It has now been 10 weeks with no delivery. 100% avoid this company at all costs.

I placed an order with TI springs on 28th January with a lead time of one month. We are now at 10thJune 2019 and still no spring. I have made numerous attempts by email and telephone to get an order update. I received an email after a month promising that my spring would be in the next shipment. The same story over and over “it will be in next shipment”. When these promises were not met I requested a refund on numerous occasions. No refund and no goods. My emails are not being answered.
