Essential Products We have been working with suppliers to bring our customers essential products and we are being careful to ensure we sell these within our normal low-cost model. However, as demand is very high for certain items the cost that we have to pay has been significantly increased. We assure you we are still trying to bring our customers the best prices on these items. Delivery We continue to aim to make deliveries within the 3-4 working day period. Due to the current climate there may be delays in local deliveries to certain areas of the UK. Customer Care Customer satisfaction is important to us and our UK operated call centres are still open to answer all your queries. We ask you to please be patient with us as we are experiencing an increase in calls due to the current pandemic. Community Giveback One of TJC’s founding principles is to do the right things, working with locally based charities who help us donate nutritious meal to children across the UK and India. For every item purchased we donate a meal meaning our customers help us improve the lives of 35,000 children every day. When we have been able to source PPE we have been donating face masks and sanitisers to over 90 organisations from the NHS, care homes and social services.
The ring was beautiful and I was pleased with it. However, there was a long time lag before my item arrived. It would be most helpful if an approximate day would be given, so I am aware that the purchase was in the pipeline. Thank you

My first experience buying something from TJC, has not been good, I purchased a Ruby ring, ordered wrong size, contacted customer service before it was sent out, to change size, was meant to be a Valentine's gift, was told message has been passed on to another department, 2 days later I was refunded, and I had nothing for my wifey for Valentine's day. So I ordered the same ring for the second time in the correct size, when I received it, it had the biggest scratch on it, so I sent it back yesterday, hopefully third time I will have the ring, almost a month later.

I didnt receive the manual that was shown on the television as i didnt receive it with my air fryer and wen i phoned up customer service for the book all i got posted to me was basic instuctions how to clean n use it breifly as the book that was advertised looked a lot more useful showing how long to cook your food for and all what you can cook in it so i was disappointed cause of that i would be very grateful if you can send me the original book for it so this has put me of from buying again sorry
The only shopping channel I use. I've been a TJC customer for over 5 years now and can honestly say I've never had an issue. Delivery is always fast and secure, customer service are very friendly and the presenters are knowledgeable and you can tell they love what they do.

F-up to my email and review 10/01. As this seems to be the only way to get my feelings across here is an update. Received confirmation 29th Jan that the ring would be mended at no charge AND that if it happened again within 3 mths of receiving the ring I would be refunded I awaiting the return of the ring. Today I received hte ring back BUT IT WASNT REPAIRED, STILL HAD DIAMOND MISSING INCLUDING A LETTER THAT SAID DUE TO MY LACK OF COMMUNICATION THEY ARE RETURNING THE RING BACK!! JTC are you doing this on purpose to hope that I just get so upset with it all I give up???? I will now resort to regular updates on TP until my matter is resolved. Shocking shocking customer service irrespective that the item is a high value purchase. I will await the auto -response email from one of your many customer service team no doubt asking me to send the ring back. This will be the 3rd time I have done this at my expense.

I know this necklace was only cheap but after wearing the chain for 4 days I had to throw it away as it went black. Wasn,t worth me paying the postage to return it,
It starts with the presenters telling us in detail about the object they’re selling they are very precise the parcel always come on time and well packed. I asked customer service to look up my order so I could order a second one so from presenters to customer service they are first class.
