Jun 24,2024Good range of products at reasonable prices. However, delivery and customer service are rubbish. I bought a Bosh Jig Saw for a project. I placed the order on Sunday night, I received a confirmation email on Monday morning. So far so good. Days went past witn no details about delivery, so I contacted Customer Service and was given a Royal Mail tracking code, which did not work. Because the item was not posted until the Friday, 5 days after receiving my order and money. Did not get the saw for a week, a day late fir my project.

Jun 08,2024Tooled - Up Ltd My Bosch trimmer, delivered was none usable as to Bosch battery and charger on plugging in was broken just blew fuses! DHL picked original box with none used Bosch trimmer and faulty battery and charger up Friday 31May, have heard nothing back from Tooled-Up Ltd, although paid £169 they have my money and faulty none used Bosch goods back!
