May 13,2024The company itself handled my order promptly and sent in to DHL for delivery. This was some days ago and DHL have lost it in their warehouse. The outcome looks like having to get a refund from Tooled-up and go through the process again. I wonder do Tooled-up need to revise their arrangements with DHL and find a more reliable carrier. I remain without the garden tool I ordered and need now.
