Aug 27,2024The product was competitively priced and delivery was as quoted.All components were well packaged with full documentation.Unfortunately the manufacturers warranty card is in german which I have queried with Yool-Up.Will definitely use them again on future purchases

Aug 21,2024A good product but the packaging was poor and the spray can lid was broken on arrival..I would have expected better than this fortunately the spray nozzle was ok and the spray works ok. Otherwise a trouble free transaction

I ORDERED A EINHELL HEDGE TRIMMER THAT ARRIVED DAMAGED SO I SENT IT BACK THEY THEN TRIED TO REPLACE IT WITH A SECOND HAND UNIT THAT ARRIVED IN A BATTERED BOX WITH NO INTERNAL PACKAGING FOR THE ITEM OR THE SEPARATE BATTERIES.
