Jul 14,2024Bought an Einhell brushless reciprocating saw. Good price. I bought a battery and charger but also got a free battery which I'll use as a backup . Fast delivery. Would definitely use tooled up again. More importantly, the saw works well. I was a bit worried as I'm a 68 year old female but it was very easy to use and performed better than I'd expected . Cut through some medium size branches with ease when I tested it. Quite a bit of vibration on smaller branches but I need it for the larger ones, so not a problem.

Jul 04,2024I order a cordless vacuum with x2 batteries and charger ,when I order said next day delivery after 4 days received a text saying order will arrive so I take a half day off, parcel arrived with only batteries and the charger ,I called to see what happened a very rude lady on the phone told me I need to send a photo as a proof , so I send the ring door bell video showing DHL delivery man giving me the small bag ( oviestly vacuum whuoldnt fit inside) and proof of me asking delivery guy if he had another parcel for me and he said no! Then I receive a email saying they investigating....after few days a email saying the send it, I was thinking will arrive next day....NO After few days still didn't arrive ,just called them this time lovely lady on the phone that said suppose to coming today so I'm waiting... needed to by a sds drill i could have bought it from this company but , i whent to wickes picked drill up paid (£135 on offer and the 10% additional trade discount, total £121.50) barging!! And head ache free! I will never buy from this company again!

Aug 03,2024I have bought from tool shed also trading as tool shed previously without issue. My second purchase with this company, was a Bosch universal cut with a nano saw blade. Upon receiving the package it was apparent by the tatty box that not only was it a customer return but it hadn’t been checked. The saw blade attachment was broken-I contacted the company with a photo and what should have been an obvious simple replacement of the saw blade that I requested was not to happen. I was told I had to return the whole unit and “if” it was apparent that it was faulty I would receive a refund. Needing the item I sent the package back and reordered from the same company. I then received a email to say they can send out the replacement part rather than refund. So then I had to request the replacement order to be cancelled. A few days passed and the replacement arrived-however it was just the saw blade not the whole unit. Once again I had to contact the company who apologised and advised they had received my return and once checked they would send out the replacement bare unit. The best part of a a week had passed and the unit had not arrived, contacted them again to be told they are waiting for my return. Ultimately I had to call this company to state that tracking states that the return had been delivered many days ago as confirmed by themselves. I was met with a poor excuse that they are short staffed and don’t know why Debora told me I had to return whole unit blah blah blah, and that they are trying to fulfil orders for customers and haven’t got time to deal with my return-I simply pointed out that I am a customer. I requested a new unit not the unchecked return-I received the unchecked return back a few days later. It appears that when it is straightforward they are an easy enough company to deal with, but ultimately the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Poor customer service and poor attitude.
