May 25,2021I was very please with the service and the quotation for the landlord building insurance. I was provided with two quotation which included discount as I am of NRLA. I received emails with follow up telephone calls so, yes very pleased with the service. However taking out insurance is not a problem but the real test is when you need to make a claim! I have been with another insurance company several years and this year was the first time I made a claim on my insurance because of underground water leak. When it come to renewal the new premium was shocking 48% increase
