Cancelled my policy, but monthly direct debit was taken out of my account the following week. 27 days later, multiple calls made and emails sent....and still no refund!! This company are very quick to take money, but come up with different excuses when they owe people money!! UPDATE - the day of posting the review, the manager phoned me and the refund was made the following day.
