Jul 13,2021I called just before you were due to close as I only finish work at 5pm. Nellie who dealt with my enquiry was very polite and professional. I asked should I call back tomorrow to finalise detail as I was conscious of the time as at this point it was after 5:30pm but Nellie continued with setting up my insurance. I was able to set up my insurance for my new business very quickly. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me set up my insurance. I will certainly recommend you as an insurer to friends/future colleagues. I cannot speak highly enough of Nellie and her professional manner. Its not very often that calls to any company is made easy but on this occasion i was pleasantly surprised! Thanks again, James
