Jul 13,2021Hamilton Fraser provided me with a buy-to-let portfolio insurance quote that was £600 less than my current broker, which was fantastic, so I have now switched to them. However, communication was quite “clunky” both internally between HF staff and also with me with the wrong quote being sent to me and HF staff calling me and asking me to pay for the quote even though I had already paid it. I didn’t get the same warm, personal relationship feeling that I used to have with my old broker, which of course means that I will feel less committed to stay with them next year……
