I chose the competitive Premium Policy. which is very much less than I have been paying for contents insurance over the last 20 years. The initial email was answered promptly and the subsequent phone calls were well dealt with by the customer service staff. I will certainly recommend Hamilton Fraser to all my friends.
I was erroneously advised of a monthly credit plan for payment which had been set up even though I had paid the full annual premium. When I phoned to query and cancel was told that this had gone through automatically, even though I had paid in full. I was told this would be corrected and they would confirm by email. They did but the error should not have occurred. Stressful, frustrating and time consuming. I've been with them for over 15 years so I'm hoping loyalty may count in the event of a claim. Things ain't what they used to be.
