Was given a 20% discount code by them. When insuring a second property, the discount turned up being much less than 2%. UPDATE: HF looked into it spontaneously (I did not expect nor ask) and eventually refunded the missing discount (but had to chase as the bank transfer announced never took place). Raised rating from 2 to 3 stars as a result. A shame it did not work as it should have at the moment of purchase despite insisting then. A little bit of a sour aftertaste for what looks otherwise a good insurance product.
