Jan 08,2021Excellent & Prompt service. Their quote was lower than my previous insurance provider of 5 years. Let's see how competitive they are come renewal in 2022. Loyalty doesn't seem to be rewarded these days in most cases.

Jan 06,2021Hamilton and Fraser insurance quote was easy to access, used simple understandable terms in their quote (which was most reasonable), and best of all did not insist on one type of tenant, thus enabling me to avoid all discrimination! An error in payment on my part was very quickly resolved. Of course the proof of the pudding would be in an eventual claim, but I will try not to test this one out!

Jan 01,2021I needed to review my buildings insurance. The staff member at Hamilton Fraser Total Landlord Insurance (Stephanie) could not have been more helpful. She sent me a link to calculate the rebuild costs and explained the info I would require and step by step how to get it if I did not have it to hand.(The square footage of your property is on the EPC - who knew!).I was given two options for insurance companies, and the benefits of each was discussed thoroughly. I was reassured that my requirements were paramount and was not pushed to buy the most expensive option. My numerous questions were answered promptly and clearly. I was told exactly what to do in the event of various scenarios. I feel confident I have made the correct decision and would recommend a call to Hamilton Fraser without hesitation.
