Jul 18,2024Ordered oil cooler metal line assembly for 2GR-FE engine, 2010 Lexus RX350. Well packaged, arrived quickly. Everything was fine! For some reason, this assembly(w/ both gaskets) was cheaper than if I'd have purchased the lines & gaskets seperate.

Jul 18,2024Called after 2 weeks of ordering and was told the part had arrived - when I wanted to pick up, it was not there, logistic error. Then came back a week later, they could not find the part, and an hour after I had left got a call that the part has been found now. Staff mostly friendly and professional, but overall the errors that happened made it cumbersome to obtain this part.

Jul 18,2024I've used them before and it went well but if you have a problem be ready to sit on hold for a long time as you are shuffled around. Once you get someone you may be bad advice. USPS returned the order to sender and they charged me shipping and a restocking fee.

Jul 17,2024I've purchased parts for my three 4Runners and Corolla many times from TPD.com, each time without a problem. The prices were the best, and fulfillment was timely. But TPD works with a network of independent Toyota dealerships to fulfill orders. So of course, they have no control over who is hired to pack and ship orders they receive through TPD. Unfortunately, a dealer in Oregon that is part of the TPD network made a mess of my latest order. That caused substantial confusion and stress as I tried to sort out the complex screwup with TPD. I even contacted the dealer directly to let them know they had a problem in the parts department. In the end, TPD sorted out the situation. I am satisfied with the outcome. I will order from them again, but now with cautionary insights into what TPD has to deal with at their end.

Jul 20,2024Ordered three parts for my Toyota Avalon was quoted a price for shipping and the parts 12 days later they doubled the shipping cost (high) three weeks later I received 2 of the three items. the misaddressed item was returned to sender because they had put the wrong address on the package while frustrated and waiting to get the car repaired for three weeks I just asked for my money back on the missing items to which they are making it extremely difficult asking for pictures of items that I never received I should have made purchases right in town and I'd be driving my car right now. I don't recommend them!
