Jul 29,2024Sue, at Tracks, was an excellent communicator, replying to all our queries, and in the process, nailed exactly what we wanted for our walking Safari holiday. We had an absolutely fabulous time, which we couldn’t have organised without her.

Jul 14,2024Sue is immensely knowledgeable about the safaris she organises. I’ve become a bit of a safari addict over the last 12 years and used to book everything myself directly, but I now wouldn’t go back as the service Sue provides is outstanding. From helping me decide where to go (the wonderful conservancies around the Masai Mara), to the lovely personal touches (e.g receiving a lovely book to read on my trip) and of course the financial protection I wouldn’t get otherwise. Thank you so much Sue - this was my best safari yet for sure!

She was regularly in touch and answered emails promptly. The Porini camps she recommended were excellent - accommodation, game drives and food (the chefs are outstanding)

Jun 26,2024Everything was well organized and went smoothly; we had a wonderfully knowledgeable and patient guide from Leopard Tours in Arusha, Tanzania, Zack. Sue Preater knows Zack and he didn’t disappoint: he enlightened us on wildlife, vegetation, the history of Tanzania, politics, family life and traditions, etc., etc.; we got so much more than just fabulous safaris. Our two stays at Nikiyani tent camps were wonderful - comfortable accommodation, good food and very kind and helpful staff who seemed genuinely interested in our wellbeing. Our stay at Serena Lodge on the edge of the Ngorongoro caldera with spectacular views, was memorable, particularly leaving at 6 a.m. in pitch dark and thick fog to drive down to the floor to get an early start at a game drive. We did it, unscathed, thanks to Zack. One thing I would change would be baggage issues - leave unneeded items in Arusha at the Sheraton to be delivered to the airport post-safari, rather than carrying all our worldly goods in a very tight space in our safari vehicle; it would have made life a bit easier, but not a big deal. All in all, wonderful safaris organized by Sue of Tracks Safaris.

Jun 25,2024I had an amazing safari holiday in Kenya organised by Sue from Tack Safaris. She took the time to find out what I wanted to do and see, then gave me a few options. The holiday I chose was better than I expected, other than some issues with British Airways. I can't believe how close I got to the animals and how many I was able to see. The tented camps were also great, very comfortable and fantastic service from the Masai.

Jun 25,2024Our various accommodations in Tanzania were excellent (although finding the Tembo House Hotel in Zanzibar was ‘dry’ came as a surprise for ladies who like a G&T!). We had the most wonderful, experienced, knowledgeable and patient driver/guide Zak. He found us lots of game and we were often the only safari vehicle to find it. All in all, our trip (a ladies only safari to Tanzania) was very well organised by Sue at Tracks Safaris, who certainly knows her stuff!

Jun 13,2024We booked our honeymoon through Track’s Safaris and it was a fantastic experience all around. Sue made the process easy and straightforward and designed an awesome itinerary and also accommodated specific requests and changes to itineraries that we were looking for to design something specific for us We were visiting Sri Lanka in one of the monsoon seasons and read a lot of reviews about the potential for rain but Sue was able to lean on local contacts to design a trip around the country to avoid the areas which were wet at the time of year and as a result we ended up with great weather throughout and a chance to have hotel’s often to ourselves or otherwise lovely and quiet and relaxed We loved all the eco-tourism elements and really feeling like we were supporting local businesses rather than big corporations and also that the trip was smooth as anything with the driver’s on the ground organising everything and keeping us well informed. When our car broke down post transfer a new car and driver were organised same day and we were back on schedule before the next scheduled transfer Would certainly use Tracks Safaris again and recommend to anyone looking for a more personal touch

We were well informed and supported all the way through from our initial inquiry, changes and questions, right the way to our trip, collections, documentation and return. Thanks to Sue and her team we will definitely go back to Kwando Camps and look at other travel destinations through them too.

Apr 18,2024We have just returned from our fourth holiday put together by Sue at Tracks Safaris. Due to the success of the previous three we did not consider going elsewhere for our arrangements this time. We get a really personal service tailored to our interests and requirements from an expert who takes the time to understand what we would like to see and do. Our trip far exceeded any expectations we might have started with. Our wildlife encounters were outstanding with numerous tigers, leopards, sloth bears, gharials and amazing birds. The naturalists at the lodges were the best and their expertise made such a difference to the quality of the sightings and our experience overall. Additionally all the food and accommodation were lovely and all our transfers ran like clockwork. All in all a fabulous trip and we cannot recommend Tracks Safaris highly enough.

Just before we left to start the holiday something happened that Trackssafaris had nothing to do with. However they sorted the confusion out and we were able to have the exact holiday we wanted. Mar 17,2024The company has a real personal touch. Sue is very knowledgeable and tailors the trip to your desires and budget. She is professional and very patient! I asked many questions. The company thinks about everything for you; ensuring you stay in good places, that vehicles are comfortable and suitable for the terrain. The itinerary was well thought out so we visited several places to ensure variety. Our guide was brilliant and took good care of us. We had a wonderful time on our Kenyan safari. We saw every animal possible and had a trip we will always remember! There were so many outstanding moments - walking with zebras and giraffes and even being caught up in a Kenyan traffic jam because of the president! This all added and made our trip to Kenya more authentic and unique. I highly recommend the company and going on safari. So much that we plan on going again, as there is so much to see and experience.

Mar 12,2024Brilliant seamless experience with Sue at Tracks Safari. The Safari was incredible and the folks at her partner team on the ground, Ranger Safari were wonderful. We did some extra add ons like a trip to Zanzibar and Mafia Island and the transit and pick-up between places was all arranged and left us comfortable with the whole experience. Still buzzing after it all. Can highly recommend using Tracks to give you the experience you want.

Mar 02,2024We have just come back from a tailormade holiday put together for us by Trackssafaris. We wanted a wildlife experience tracking gorilla and chimp but also taking in other wildlife and birds. The itinerary had to change due to Foreign Office advice against areas in Uganda. Sue (at Trackssafaris) was able to make changes without causing any problems and it did not affect our holiday. We can recommend the company without any qualms at all. Professional, friendly and always available. Thank you.

Feb 27,2024My wife and I are back from a great 4 week holiday in South Africa organised by Sue. We had good communications over email and video calls where Sue made sure she understood what we were looking for and sent us a proposed itinerary which we then discussed and tweaked into what was an unforgettable holiday. All the accommodation booked was first class, the 2 safaris we included were unbelievable, and all airport pick ups and car hire went like clockwork. We even requested some last minute changes to pick up times while we were out there which Sue quickly changed for us via email. I have already warned her that we'll be back in touch later in the year for our next African adventure to Namibia!

She knows the best accommodation, the best areas and the best tour organisers. She put a superb safari together for us at the price range we requested . What puts her above everyone else is her attention to detail and her personal touch to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Highly recommended.

Nov 13,2023Extremely helpful & knowledgeable during the planning stage and also when we had to change our itinerary at short notice (whilst travelling to our destination) due to a change in foreign office travel advice. All accommodation and guides were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. All land and air transfers between game parks were seamless. It really was a holiday of a lifetime - thank you Track Safaris.

Nov 06,2023Sue and her team in Tanzania managed to help us at incredibly short notice when we were let down with our original safari company who we had booked with in 2020. I explained that we were due to arrive in 24 hours and was there anything she could do to help. Within an hour (and working with a 3 hour time difference) she had made an itinerary with availability to suit our needs and budget!! Unfortunately; due to family circumstances alongside this we decided we could not proceed to leave, but her service to that point surprised us both in its efficiency! We hope to use Tracks Safaris in future when we can and would recommend reaching out to Sue for anyone interested in a tailored African safari.
