The worst experience. They refused to change my date and time of the booking. Very rigid and unfriendly. They place all these contacts for customer service and at the end no help whatsoever. I told them i didn't want a refund just an ammendment to the date. Their page for booking was already very confusing so i didnt see the date and their page should ask me for identifying the date before asking for payment. Ofcourse they were good and fast in deducting their money but completely unhelpful. The worst website. Dont use it.

Even a star is too much. The worst agency, I had very bad experiences with them, I bought tickets of Museum of the Future via their website, but they have this stupid regular regarding the confirmation, they sale you a ticket they do not have and deduct the money from your account, then they send you an e -post that the museum does not have availability so they will refund your money, and when they did the amount was minus ~ 200 Swedish kronor, without any explanation, and the only explanation I can think of is that they are a money laundering company. Moreover, customer service is the worst.

Overall I had a good experience with TravelFlan, in that they fixed relatively quickly some issues that could've been prevented in the first place, and gave me a free ticket upgrade for my troubles. Some feedback below. 1. I used an email address with a "+" sign in it, e.g. myname + travel @ gmail. These are perfectly fine and useful for filtering, because you can have an unlimited number of emails all pointing to your account, and you can filter them later, e.g. "all travel emails". However, I didn't receive my ticket, and TravelFlan's WhatsApp support claimed it was because of my special email address. That's a bug in their system that they should fix. 2. Not receiving my tickets for several minutes, I contacted them through WhatsApp. No reply for about 10 minutes. Most companies use a chat service (Intercom, LivePerson etc.) that gives you some feedback that you're in a queue and an agent will be with you. 3. After they sent me the ticket, it turned out to be not for the activity I thought had purchased. Actually it was, but the design on their website was of such nature that the details of what I thought I purchased were listed under what I had really purchased; but no - those were two separate activities. Anyway, confusing design that I made them aware of. 4. They seem to be based in India or Hong Kong, and their receipt emails mention that if you buy something during India's night (12 - 8am IST), you'll get your ticket the next day. That's... annoying, if you need your ticket on the spot, e.g. if you're in an earlier time zone. Why can't tickets be sent automatically, like with all other providers?
Bought my ticket online didn't realise that I won't receive it directly so I contacted the WhatsApp number in Dubai and they were very helpful and kind and received the ticket in few minutes . Great service it give always pleasure to deal with a helpful and kind stuff. Thank you .

Travel flan is easy and simple
Clearly fraud website!!! Stay away they will steal your money. Notice that contacts details differs across platforms as one of the signs. I unfortunately lost 150 euro, but hope I prevent others for experiencing the same!

The worthiness of a customer service side only shows if you face some incident. A similar incident happened to me where one unused ticket was requested for refund. Without investigating my case completely, they simply sent a supplier screenshot saying that all tickets were used which is contrary to what i used at site. I am not recommending them for any post facto support after if you face any issue with them as they do not support with refunds at all.

I ordered Global Village tickets 30 mins before I was scheduled to arrive. I received an email confirming the purchase however I didn't not receive the tickets. I contacted TravelFlan through wassap and they responded immediately and sent me a link to access my tickets. Thank you so much to the representative who assisted me. My family and I had a fabulous time!!!
