Feb 09,2022I write my review from Dubai. I had gone to Dubai as a tourist. I booked the tickets for Burk Khalifa tour and Ski Dubai in TravelFlan. The prices offered were at a discount than the official prices. The booking was made and I got the tickets promptly within 2 hours. If you do make your booking for same day, I suggest you to make it 2hours in advance as the tickets take some time to come.

Jan 15,2022Had many doubts especially after reading some posts here, however i ended up super pleased with the service. Booked a 4-person daycation at Ski Dubai and saved more than 50% on the tickets. Confirmation came after 24 hrs. Will use them in the future.

Jan 12,2022I had a similar experience like other people below. I bought tickets for Atlantis Water Park, price was better than other sites. I was planning to go there with the family next day. My payment was confirmed instantly, but my order was confirmed after 2-3 days. Of course, I did not wait for it, and I cancelled my tickets next morning after the payment. All these happened on 01st January. Since than I called, I wrote them from whatsapp, nothing, complete silence. Of course, there was no money refund neither. So, stay away, go and buy your tickets from somewhere else.

Jan 07,2022I am extremely disappointed as travel flan refuses to reschedule my tickets which I had bought for Ain Dubai Wheel. Inspite of calling them in advance because I got Covid so had to cancel my plan. Very inhumane behavior.

Dec 26,2021I paid 400$ to buy 6 tickets for an event in Dubai. But had to cancel and I asked travel flan for a refund. Because the communication with travelflan was happening on whatsapp, I was very skeptical, was afraid and convinced that Travelflan is a scam. BUT within 2 days the money was refunded to me in my account. AMAZING! Thank you TF and i will ourchase from you again.
