Nov 22,2021It was a bad experience. I bought 4 tickets with different card and email address and 2 tickets from another . Means total 6 tickets. But when i reached to the under water sea counter, they said the 2 tickets I received are the same ones I received earlier 4 tickets. I was there for 30 minutes standing and explaining that i bought 6 tickets but they said you have 4 tickets, other two have the same code as from 4 tickets. I called your team , sent email. Still no reply on that. I bought again 2 tickets there as i had guests with me. So for 6 people i bought 8 tickets from this website. Really a bad experience.

Sep 28,2021I bought a ticket with a good discount to the Dubai Aquarium. The certificate was sent 2 hours after payment. So I recommend buying a ticket in advance, and not in front of the most entrance to the aquarium

Nov 22,2021The kids ruin the experience almost to the point where you would be better off not going at all. If you can snap your pictures fast, do it but if you want to retake them just know you’ll have another family in your space before you can even leave the exhibit.
