Feb 07,2025Went into Travel house in St Elli Shopping centre, we usually book online, however we did not really know what we wanted !! Its like a sweetshop online , everything looks so good! A great smile and warm welcome from Naz as we walked in. We were booking a family holiday in Spain and she came up with a few ideas. Very good customer service and we booked and now looking forward to it. Will definitely go there again

Feb 07,2025Excellent customer service, where the staff went above and beyond for us (as always!) The staff were friendly, accommodating, welcoming and very knowledgeable. We took our young sons with us to make the booking, and one of the agents gave them some colourings to do to occupy them whilst we did the booking, which was very considerate. We had received an email from MSC with a discount code (as we had booked with Travel House last year, for a mini-cruise) and even though the agent was not able to apply the discount themselves, they still honoured the discount code and we were pleased to be able to book with them. The team are always so helpful in looking for holidays, and we have booked through them many times. The customer service is second to none, with staff even highlighting specific deals to us on social media that they feel may meet our needs, and they are always happy to help with follow-up queries after booking. We would highly recommend Travel House as an excellent place to book trips and breaks away, along with other holidays.
