Aug 23,2023Hotel was appalling, had to queue with little plastic beaker our daughter didn't like any of the food and nothing for a teen to do. At no point did anyone at travel house tell us we had to pay for WiFi and taxes when we arrived. Booked a private transport and a ten seater old minibus turned up not what we paid for and it took longer than the bus would have.

Customer service is like no other, recommendations have always been spot on and I’ve not been disappointed. I was so unsure about booking a cruise but now we are hooked !
