Jun 19,2024Recently booked a last minute trip to Gran Canaria in the Pontypridd branch. Agent I booked with, I can’t remember her name, she was so helpful, friendly and down to earth. Was extremely easy to book, gave a lot of suggestions and the location & hotel she booked was amazing and is up there with one of the best holidays. Will definitely be using you to book again.

Apr 25,2024Avoid like a plague. They are good when there no issues however when there are issues they are no where to be seen and will not help you , they take your money and leave you stranded . Never take your calls and never message back STAY AWAY you will loose your money

Mar 25,2024Booked our first holiday to Rhodes for this year Kerri was just superb nothing was to much trouble she went through every step of the booking with us explaining all that we needed to do right up to boarding our flight and giving us her knowledge and experiences of her holiday destinations . Recommended 100% will definitely only go there for future holidays . No pressure like other holiday shops very personally experience as it shoukd be . Thank you kerri and travel house cwmbran .

Nov 03,2023We wanted to go to on a holiday at short notice & the rep in Travel House was very helpful to find us the prefect holiday. The Hotel Uvala in Lapad Croatia was perfect, very relaxing and the excursion the rep booked for us was also amazing. Got to give a huge credit to the TUI Rep "Mario Sopa" who looked after us with advice & any queries we had especially for my wife who required gluten free food. I would recommend this holiday.
