As discussed you cannot take the flight and agreed to pay a voluntary cancellation fee of CAD 159.00, Since the payment remains pre-authorized, we will be only taking CAD 159.00 for the passenger as discussed and the remaining amount will be there with your bank as it is. Though they may take a few days to reflect it in your account, we are only going to accept the mentioned amount of $159.00 CAD for the passengers . Total Voluntary cancellation fee is CAD 159. Oct 30,2024Scammy from the get go. A portion of my trip was cancelled, and they never contacted me to inform me. I then asked for a refund, as they wanted more money to rectify. No refund to be seen. DO. NOT. BOOK.
