I ordered a pair of polkadot shoes and matching bag in the sale a werk before my Holiday. Delivery of the shoes was very quick, faster than quoted on the website. The dispatch team noted an imperfection on the bag and held off dispatch. I was emailed inmediately and asked to call customer services. The slight issue with a mark was documented on their system in detail, making it easy for me to choose between a refund or to purchase as a reduced cost (with the option to return either in store or by post if i was not happy for a full refund). I opted to have the bag, the flaw was minor and at a reduced cost (in addition to the sale reduction). Delivery of the bag was also incredibly rapid. All arrived with plenty of time to spare. I was really impressed with the customer service team, I would highly recommend tReds. I will be back.

I think that 14 days for a return isn't long enough and maybe 28 days would be better.

Tried to get the shoes i ordered in store first and yound lady was great ringing about to find me my shoes but no luck so she gave me the details to look online.. online was quick and easy and delivery was fast and reliable.. will shop again with tReds 😊

i never heard of treds but when i did the shoes i had been looking i found them n orderd they fit perfect good quality fitting n price fantastic ! i also got one of the pairs in sale so it was a bargain ! i came across knee boots unfortunately they were out of stock ..but when i did see them they did have my size i regret wish i had bought them then! i would recommend treds to my friends !

Great Service from ordering on-line to receiving it. Order arrived earlier than expected - which is the right way round!. Will be using them again I am sure and would certainly recommend to my friends and family.
