Aug 29,2017Ordering was straight forward and delivery was quick. Flexibility and simple options Collect+, etc to return goods if not wanted although being charged £1 for the service was unusual when other retailers offer returns for free.

Aug 29,2017Purchase was cancelled due to apparent error on website and was in fact out of stock. Contacted live chat to cancel my complete order and was left ignored by the assistant. Emailed and cancelled my cancelled order and they promised to remove said item from the website. 2 weeks later still showing in stock. This company has no communication and full of lies their c/s is shocking
