Sep 08,2017Treds in Weston is great. The staff there are really friendly and helpful. They will always find what you are looking for and order it in for you if needed. They notify you as soon as you item is ready to collect, which I love. They are reasonably priced and the sales are even better.

Sep 07,2017A Lady called Abbey Helped me and she was excellent.....she is a brilliant representative for your company and if all your staff are as good as her then you would have a lot of very happy customers...Abbey was professional, friendly, polite, it's a pleasure to do business with tRED with Abbey as your representative...I know i am only one customer but i still intend to spread the word about the excellent service..I think Abbey should get a bonus for being a excellent representative of your company.....I know I'm ranting on a bit but I feel in today's service industry all to often the customer is not regarded important and it is refreshing to find a good service and somebody that's good at their job....just thought I should let u know....kind regards Sarah Costello

Sep 08,2017Website easy to navigate and order for trainers placed without issues. My order arrived within the delivery timescales packaged adequately. Unfortunately I had to return the trainers since they didn't fit. Since I pre-purchased the return label, I just dropped the package in the nearest drop off point. I took one star off as it took me a while to realize that the return label was at the back of the original posting label with my name rather than on the enclosed invoice. It was quite difficult to remove it from the sealed box.
